My Black Ops 3 achievements aren’t unlocking. I just did the collectibles for one mission...

So I just beat the ACIV Black Flag Freedom Cry DLC and the secret achievement for completing all missions did not unlock when it shows 100% complete. the 100% synchronicity achievement unlocked. So that achievement is either now glitched or xbox still has
problems with peoples achievements unlocking...

That happened to me, as well. I just kept playing more Spartan Ops and it unlocked eventually. I don't know exactly what I did to unlock it, but I remember that it did not unlock right after I finished all of the Spartan Ops missions.

Also, the achievement that you get for defending the generators on chapter 1 of episode 5 is also glitched.

Thanks for confirming, Jacob. I would advise you to wait for the other games. For the other ones that are past 72 hours, please file a bug to Team Xbox for them to properly investigate it. Check your guide from the link below on how to do it via the Report a problem app.

For the collectibles one it’s been more than 3 days for the 2 EE ones I just did it last night so I guess I can wait. And yes other games are still getting achievements just not BO3.

Do your other games' achievements unlock correctly? If it's not more than 72 hours since you completed your achievements, I advise you to wait because sometimes it could take up to 72 hours before your achievements get validated through the Xbox network.
