my battlefield one is not showing up in my owned games

Clean your console's MAC, restart your internet device for a few minutes, and try again.

To clean the MAC follow this path

Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

If the problem persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>

Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

Hey there Pan! Karkand and Premium wouldn't show in the My Games section, but would rather be accessible in-game. You don't launch these from the Dashboard. Try booting up your game, you should be able to access it from there.

If not, you can try downloading the content again from your Download History, under Settings > Account Management. Let us know if that helps, thanks!

Same for me. Terraria (Xbox One) is not showing up in my owned games list either. I purchased it in 2016.

go to download history not the store, some games are rebundled on the store so cannot download this way.

Check your list of already installed games. All the games ive downloaded and deleted go there.
