Discus and support my battlefield in physical media is don´t working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; my battlefield game 4 in physical media is not working because the cd is half peeling what should I do? how do you install the game by digital media...     my battlefield game 4 in physical media is not working because the cd is half peeling what should I do? how do you install the game by digital media for free? help me please.

    Error 0x80070490

    Having this error message when trying to start physical media games

    I've already tried to move to external hard drive but it won't work as well

    Apparently the issue is related to physical media

    Digital stuff is working just fine

    Please fix it asap

    Problem interrupted installation. Xbox preview

    Good afternoon

    I am a member of the Xbox preview and after an update on Saturday 16/07 , my battlefield 4 physical media game stopped working. Entering only the loading screen and not passing it in contact with the support of Xbox was instructed to uninstall the game
    , did the procedure and installed it to the 86% and appears to stop installation message , already tried in various ways , already tried offline the internet , I have done cache cleaning. I wonder what to do, I'm grateful if you can help .

    digital can't be downloaded for free.

    You'll either have to buy a new cd or buy it digital.

    I would suggest going and finding a cheap used one because the disc you have is most likely just not going to do it

    I don`t understand why they don`t do the same with games as some publishers do with DVDs.

    You buy a physical copy but also get a code for a digital copy too.

    I don't know about the digital version, but the physical one works just fine! I think only Battlefield 3 has some problems with this, the game only works with the physical media, the digital version can't be played on the Xbox One.
