    My Battlefield 1 prepaid code is invalid. The code came with a xbox one console bundle


    I recently purchased the 1TB xbox one S console with battlefield one as part of the bundle [Military green version]. I tried 3 times to enter the code for the Early Enlister Deluxe Edition that was part of the bundle. However it states that the code is
    not found. I was directed to this forum by one of the support answer techs. Please help so I can continue gaming

    I just got my xbox one s with Battlefield 5 bundle. I also got a 14 day trail xbox live gold membership code along with the bundle. I used the code. It said my live gold is active. but i was still not able to play multiplayer on my Battlefield 5.
    then i checked if the live gold was really active or not and it wasn't activated for some reason. I tried the code again and it said code already used. what do i do to redeem my prepaid code?
