My bandwidth current usage frequently dropping to 0 bits/s

I've been having this issue where my bits would drop to zero very often and I'm not sure the cause of why it has been doing it. My download for apps and games doesn't seem to be affected by this but only when I play multi-player games does it become a problem.
I suspect that it may be a hardware issue as my Xbox One is fairly old and it has been used a lot, but I would like to see if there's anyway I can fix this without buying a new system.

It's not your ISP or Xbox One console, the Xbox One Bandwidth usage tracker hasn't been working properly since about August 2019 for Dashboard Preview Alpha users (maybe more recently for other Dashboard versions). I have reported the problem multiple times
however to date the issue has not been acknowledged or fixed.

Unfortunately if you need to know your monthly bandwidth usage then you'll have to get that information from your router or ISP modem logs.

I have reset my router and xbox numerous times and the nothing changes, and I have turned off the wifi to most devices and still have the same problem. I do not believe its my ISP.

They would your internet provider you might need to reset everything

in the bandwidth usage the current usage is also extremely irregular dropping to 0 every 20 seconds

i dont have any packet loss, issue is the same with lan amd wifi
