My ban is finished and I can't play

My ban is finished, it even says so on the site.

It was my fisrt ban and it was supposed to end yesterday(August 9 at 20:06) but I still can't play games or communicate with my friends.

Finished a 2 week multiplayer ban and still can't play multiplayer

I finished a 2 week multiplayer ban on the 23 October and I still can't play multiplayer games I've checked my enforcement history and the ban shows it finished this morning is there anyway of contacting xbox or the ambassadors?

Hello i'm ban yesterday (07/30/2016) at 12:22 UTC for 24 hours, today (07/31/2016) i can not speak with my friend. But on https://enforcement.xbox.com they say my ban is over.

Please help me for unban me, Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad English

Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

If that doesn't help try removing your profile and then reload it.

how did you see it was extended , I have the same problem but can't see on the enforcement site that it was extended as all my bans are over!

yeah I'm the same it has no dates at all as all bans are finished but I still can't communicate or play fifa

I got a communication ban on the 7 June then a multiplayer ban on the 8 June finished both bans and nearly a week later I still can't message or party chat

If your suspension was longer than 24 hours you can contact xbox enforcement via a case review here:
https://enforcement.xbox.com/Home/HowTo#sub-topic0-6 to ask about it and even appeal it.

I would try signing out and in, power cycling the console (hold power button down on console until it turns off and reboot - make sure you see green xbox logo screen with 3 pusling dots) and the above, case review if eligible.
