    hy i just came of a ban and when i started my account it says i stil cant send messages or talk but when i go to enforcement its says i have no ban

    First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.

    I did go trough this step by step and stil nothing the game stops at 65.2% and if I check my internet its still 100%.

    http://enforcement.xbox.com if eligible, but if you did send a bad word, then it's highly likely they will uphold their decision.

    Are you a hardcore achievement hunter?

    Me personally i try and get the achievements the first go around!!! The hardest game i finished 100% i think was batman asylum. I was a massage therapist to one of the creators and he told me about some hidden ones i would have missed.
