    My ban has been removed but I am unable to send messages still


    so I was banned from online gaming and messaging it then got lifted and but still can't send messages ?

    need help please

    I am unable to join parties or send messages and I also can't see my friends list on my xbox. This started when I was suspended but it has well been over 24 hours and I still can't join parties or send messages. I am also unable to view my friends profiles.
    Any help is greatly appreciated thank you.

    This has been known to work.

    Remove/Delete the GT from the console.

    Power cycle the console holding down the power button for 10 seconds or until it turns off.

    Restart the console, and recover the GT back onto the console.

    This has been known to work.

    Your message could not be sent.

    I've tried the steps given by TopDog and still unable to send messages, I couldn't send messages from the site either and this has been happening for a few weeks.

    Are you still having the problem? Sometimes it takes a bit from the end time to when the system actual lets you use it again.

    Yes that is exactly what I am trying to do. I took my WLID ([REMOVED]) off my phone and used this WLID ([REMOVED]), however, I am still unable to change my WLID on this account, I get the error, "You are unable to change

    For me for the last week or so, about 90% of the time I have been unable to send text or voice messages using the Guide on my 360. I am an actively-subscribed member of Live Gold too. It is a pretty generic error message, no code is provided, just says
    it couldn't send and check xbox.com/support which is of no particular help. My only reliable method of texting has been using my smartphone/smartglass app to send messages with the XBox 360 App. Please fix!
