    My ban appeal for real criticism


    I was permanently banned last year for calling my IRL friend a queer, I seen nothing wrong with saying it because it was about my friend whom i have a good friendship with IRL. But I realize sent it to someone in my messages who didn't have me added so Xbox scanned it as harassment/threat/abuse. I see this ban as unjust, I've done bad things in the past on Xbox like saying prohibited things so I got communication banned, but my perma ban was unjust and it wasn't meant to violate any serious rules. Also since I've broken rules before I'm ready to become a good kind and helping member of the Xbox gaming community! - From L5 Acid

    I received 9 strikes within 3 minutes giving me a year long ban, did I hit the record? Or is Microsoft just like a joke company now?

    I tried to appeal the ban, it may have not been the right move to try and appeal all of them at once. Because I got denied all of them.

    But seriously.

    How are you guys gonna change the strike system to be as flawed as this and then have very little to no way to contact a real person when denied appeal with no description or explanation?

    I got banned for a year in a matter of three minutes and you are the closest thing to a real person I can talk to, and you couldn’t even help me if you wanted to.

    I don’t understand my suspension?

    Yeah I filed an appeal but there’s no way to talk to a real person and if the automated system that flagged my post is the same automated system checking appeals I doubt anything will change. How can I get in contact with a real person? I know contact with a real person will remove my suspension
