    My balance seems wrong and tells me i have 0 games played.


    I just checked my rewards and despite buying multiple games that should have hiven me rewards, I have 7000 points i have never received. On top of that,y games played is at 0 when last I checked i play about 5 to ten a month and have nearly 400 lifetime.
    What gives?

    No Xbox rewards - game pre order

    Hi,

    I pre ordered call of duty: WW2 and was expecting to see some credits in my rewards for pre ordering but my balance says 0 and pending also says 0.

    Am I wrong in thinking I should get some credits for pre ordering this game?

    My Reward points don't seem to be updating,

    My VIP and rewards don't seem to be updating. Over the past year it's always stated 0 on my rewards credits. And it tells me I deposited 0? Anyone have same issue

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    We see that your 7100 Credits have been successfully deposited. The deposit events are recorded on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page if viewed by lifetime events. Their deposit as currency can also be confirmed from the commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account).

    We have checked in to your account, and can see that your game and app stats are there. We do not see any zero amounts on your MyStats on the MyDashboard.

    When your credit card fails it should give an error code, that might tell you more about what went wrong.

    When I had problems with buying Game pass, I bought an Xbox gift card and added to my prepaid balance. Normally you can't buy Game Pass with prepaid balance, but when I contacted customer support they were able to make the purchase for me. Maybe that would
