    My Balance isn't correct


    on my account it says that I have only earned 1,500 reward points but when I check my pending it says that I have 1,500 and 250 for a survey and point's for my first local currency purchase but it doesn't say that I have the points I should have

    Why isn't my balance being updated

    In order for support to check into your account, you'll need to post in the support section of this forum. If there is a specific offer you're looking for credits from, you'll want to post that as well. Keep in mind if you're looking for VIP rebates, rebates
    are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month so it would be too soon to see credits for purchases made in April.

    Why isn't my balance being updated

    I have a string of items that I purchased but havnt being credited to my account. Dating back to over 3 weeks ago.

    How can I get this rectified?

    Are you postponing it until the switch over so i get a lesser deal?

    A response to any of my many posts would be appreciated

    Hello RVG NOVA,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/     .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from
    the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Since the only things you have done on your account is the first time purchase offer (1250 Credits) and a Survey, you only have 1500 lifetime Credits. These Credits are no longer pending since they were recently deposited in the March 29th deposit.

    Problem

    Whenever I buy a gift card and the correct amount of my microsoft balance isn't showing up I go into an xbox 360 game then go to the marketplace from the game's title screen. Then I find something to buy. Then I will click on the item but I won't buy
    it. Instead I click on change payment options then it will show my account balance with the correct amount. Afterwards I will hard reset my xbox one and that usually solves my problem.

    The thing isn't so much the past due balance and the potential refund.

    It's trying to figure out how long I have had 2 subscriptions charging me, why I can't access my games when one is still valid and active, and why the system didn't catch and correct it in the first place.
