My avatar doesnt show on my xbox profile no matter what i do

That's the thing I'm doubt exactly that and my profile shows the gamerpic I want but everywhere else it shows my avatar picture instead. My husband's account shows his gamerpic in all places that's what I want mine to do. I can't get rid of the avatar picture.

How did you get that im trying to change my style out of that?Im not trying to change my style.Im saying it doesnt showed my correct Avatar look.Changing my gamerpic didnt work because it still shows my Avatar in a costume its not in.Along with that I never
used an Avatar gamerpicture.

Update: I restarted the console and logged into the new profile, and all the changes I made are now showing on the new avatar.

However, after logging back into my original profile, and toggling the "Show my avatar" checkbox under Customize Profile from on, to off, to back on again, I'm showing another random avatar.

I use my avatar for my profile to show when I am online, and when the Xbox hits sleep mode other friends can see your avatar.

Let's try another method then, please, reset your console.

Before you continue, make sure you've got the account sign-in information. You'll need it to log back into your console after the reset.

You can follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.
