My Asus G752VS screen Flicker sometimes or has static effect lines

I have my laptop since 2016 and this problem occurred around two years ago. It wasn't sever at the time, but now it happen more often. So when i open the laptop the screen is fine, but for some reason i can see lines flickering and by time it gets more intense. When i close and open the screen, they seem to go away for some seconds, only to go back. This doesn't happen all the time but now, it is more frequent and i can't determine the cause. I tried many suggestions, like updating the graphic card driver (1070GTX), changing the refresh rate of the screen, updating the Monitor Pnp drive in device manager, removing any magnets around the laptop, etc. Nothing seems to work.

when i have a white background, i can't see this flickering lines, only when there is a color.

I already did a clean installation of Nvidia driver using DDU software (it didn't work) as for windows, its quite difficult, it needs a lot of time to sort years of documents. I'm really frustrated with this !

Hello Michael, probably is something with the screen flex.

Doesn't seem to be a software issue. However, if you want to cover this possibility. You may want to reinstall Windows from the beginning, or try to reinstall your graphics card driver.

Based on your post description, this is a hardware issue with your laptop screen.

However, before you consider sending the laptop to repair, may I know if you tried connecting it to an external monitor via HDMI connection to verify if the same lines appear?

Thank you for your response. I already connected my laptop to my tv via HDMI and the picture is fine. it only happens in the laptop screen. However, if it is a hardware problem, shouldn't be happening like always?

For reference, when i bought this laptop in 2018, i contacted support two times in a span of one year, i had them change the screen in this two incidents. one was because of a constant horizontal line which appeared in the middle of the screen and the second was due to dark patches that appeared on the sides. They apologized the second time for having so many issues with this screen in such an expensive laptop at the time. Now, sometimes i can see again this dark patches at the bottom of the screen, it is most obvious with blue background.
