I would try doing a password reset for what you think the e-mail address is, assuming you still have access to it. Otherwise you would need to contact Xbox support directly and verify information on the account in order to recover it. The best way to reach
them is at support.xbox.com then contact us.

You might want to call official support in regards to finding out how you can find your email address.

And another thing before i do it . I already have a xbox account with the email adress althought i didn't want to so how do i cancels it ?

In order to change out the primary email for a gamertag to another one, the gamertag has to be removed. If there is a gamertag attached to the email, then it will only allow the new email to be connected to the gamertag as a secondary email instead of a
primary email.

Basically, it is going to be like musical chairs. Move each of the gamertags to another email to free the email. Create an account that will not be used on a daily basis. Move the gamertag from the email that is going to be used. Then it will free up the
email to use with the main gamertag.
