    My add on for DBX2 keeps saying it’s corrupted and won’t install is there a way to fix this?


    I bought tp medal pack (500), years ago when the game came out and it’s been working fine, I recently tried reinstalling the game and all the add ons everything downloaded but the pack (500) it keeps saying the add on is corrupted, I’ve even tried playing on a different profile but I just get an white screen after choosing my character to load up in the lobby

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    Do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? If yes, please unplug the hard drive and then perform a power cycle before attempting to install the add-on again, keep the hard drive unplugged.

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​"

    If you don't have an external hard drive we may need to reset the console keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    "Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps."

    I’m legit having the same problem as you it keeps getting to 1.35GB and just won’t install anymore :/ have you managed to fix yours (my disc is brand new just bought it again today)
