    What are the reasons to monitor your account?

    If you want to control the activity of a child using your account, please create a separate account for the child, and add that child account to your adult account's family. There you will get detailed reports about the account activity of the kid and even
    set restrictions that the kid can't change.

    Your Adult account can't be restricted that way.

    If you suspect someone hacking into your account and signing in, you can check that activity on Sign in to your Microsoft account and if you see suspicious activity, immediately
    change your account password and enable Two Step Verification with an Authenticator App on

    For further advice on monitoring your account, you would have to provide more information on what you want to achieve with the monitoring.
