My achievements stop been unlocked for no reason!

Hi. This issue is not only on this game. My achievements from other games stop tracking too. Games with achievements so easy to unlock like Telltale games are not unlocking my progress. Games like Badlands, that have achievements for completing local multiplayer
rounds, and had some progressions by percentage, stopped tracking too.

I posted an image on the trouble with Overwatch and the Level 25 achievement not unlocked, even when the system says that I'm in level 27.

I hope someone can tell any other troubleshooting than just delete, restart and download my account on the console, because that didn't worked too.

Gta IV modded game destroyed my gamerscore!

Unfortunately, once achievements have been unlocked for a game you can't remove the game history from your profile. You can only remove the history if no achievements were unlocked.

 

Achievements notifications do not work?

my achievement notifications just randomly stop working. The gamer score is added to my total and the achievement is unlocked but no notification? This has been going on for about 4 weeks. I have tried the hard reset multiple times and the problem always
returns. I don't think I should have to hard resent my console everyday for It to perform a basic function. I am always online any ideas on a fix?

Hi. Actually today I logged in with my wife's Xbox Live account and tried Badlands, because there's an easy achievement by playing one local multiplayer match and it didn't unlock that one either.

I haven't tried log in another console yet. Probably I can go to my brother's house tomorrow, I don't know. But the thing that concerns me is that the real problem it doesn't seems to be my account. I think is my console or the firmware.

I don't if is because sometimes when web, as the preview members have some kind of risk that this things happen.

 

I have the same problem. achievements stopped to unlock on xbox one. even after 72 hours, they do not appear.

 

Hi. Since the last time someone answered to this thread, I've been doing some tests with my wife's account and the same thing. The achievement tracker doesn't work.

Tonight my wife and I bought a brand new Xbox One S (my other console is a 2003's 1st gen Xbox One), hoping this could solve this achievements issue. But, as soon as I logged in on the New console, my tracking remain the same. I tried to accomplished even
New achievements on The Witcher 3, but nothing happened.

One weird thing. On another game, Badlands, where before all this happened, used to be one of the games that better achievements tracking had, on my new console started tracking again. Even I did unlock one easy achievement, but it didn't popped the notification.
I only could confirm that was unlocked when I checked my Xbox App on my iPhone (image above). But that's it. All the other games, like Overwatch or Witcher, where I know already accomplished the requirements to unlock achievements hasn't unlocked anything.

What else would I need to do if is not my console or the firmware that is causing this?

Hi.

Today I tried that. I create a brand new account on my my brand new console and played the Halo: Master Chief collection, where you can unlock an achievement for any mission on Campaign mode, and nothing happened. It didn't tracked the number of grunts I
killed during the mission or the achievement for completing the 1st mission on Halo 4.

Now, I read some troubleshooting for other achievements issues from other people in forums where they ask them to give their network parameters. If it so, here's my house's network parameters on the Detailed Network Statistics:

Download Speed: 9.89 Mbps

Load Speed: 1.30 Mbps

Loss of Package: 0%

MTU 1452

Latencia: 95 ms
