    My Achievements/game history is missing

Like the title says. I log in to my account on my Xbox, and when I view the "gaming" tab on my profile, that box that says "Get your game on! Play games and earn achievements" is displayed. as if I never played any games at all. Logging into my account on the Xbox.com website shows the same thing. My gamerscore is displayed correct on both the website and console, though.

I have tried mostly every possible solution, none have helped. Not even power cycling fixes it.

So it's not on my end I suppose? Either way it's a real pain.

I guess in the meantime I could play a game which I've unlocked all achievements for (or just play a game with some achievements left but not try to earn any, ex. very difficult achievements) wouldn't hurt, but it still bugs me, though.

    :)

I've reached out to support and it's under investigation by the engineering team.

Hopefully they'll find something and fix it for good.

I appreciate you trying the steps, Jane. If this issue happens in all of your games, I suggest you also submit a report so this can be further investigated. You can download the free Xbox Report a Problem app. You can also provide additional info and diagnostics to your problem report by selecting Reproduce with advanced diagnostics.
I've got the app, and submitted my report once I noticed my achievements/game history was missing.

Hi, Jane. I hope you're doing well and safe out there. I'm an Independent Advisor and I’m happy to help you today.

Sorry to hear about this. Have you tried clearing your MAC address? That’s what I did before when I had this issue. You can go to your Xbox Settings. Select Network Settings > Advanced Settings. Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address> select Clear. Allow the console to restart when prompted then try to check your achievements again.
