    My achievements don't work on Xbox One


    I have been on chats about this multiple times with Microsoft workers and I have done all the trouble shooting and none of it worked. the workers told me to delete my account from my Xbox then hard reset the Xbox then add my account back and wait 24-48 hours.
    That did work. Then the next one told me to create a new account and see if it works on that and it didn't so then I went on again and they told me to submit a forum which is why I am submitting this.

    The achievememts don't work on any of my games it's not just one, and the percentage of completetion stays the same even when I do what it says in the description of the achievement. Also the only stat my Xbox records of games since this problem started
    is time played nothing else. I have tried deleting the games and downloading them again but that didn't work either. Please help.

    I have put a lot of time into this game, and it occurred to me that I have yet to have seen an achievement notification pop up. Sure enough when I checked the Xbox app it showed I had the game and how long I've played, but I do not have a single achievement.

    I play on Windows 10.

    Go to this link and follow all the troubleshooting steps:

    When you reach at section 3 make sure to complete the survey and after that keep playing as normally. The achievements will start rolling eventually.

    When you say your achievements are not working, could you please elaborate, are you not getting any form of completion percentage towards an achievement? Is the achievement not showing in the game hub and/or snap even though you have 100% completed that
    action? It will give me a better understanding on what the problem may beMy achievements don't work on Xbox One :)

    Hello. I unlocked some achievements on my Xbox one in game.

    When I wasn't connected to the internet. They don't seem to be updating in my games list. Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening? I connected my Xbox one to the internet in hopes it would update, but it doesn't seem to be working. Any help
    would be greatly appreciated! I bought console Xbox One so I could record and keep track of my achievements, so it would be nice if it worked the way it should!
    I don't think you can unlock achievements offline on the xbox one. The console was designed from the very beginning to be used online exclusively. Offline features were only added after the initial U-turn caused by the uproar when xbox one was first announced.
    I don't think they fixed achievements so they can be unlocked offline though

    Xbox One Achievements app: error code 0x87c40011

    I'm having this error as well. i can't view my achievements on the xbox one achievement app and the xbox site.

    I'm also having errors on the 360 as well. I unlocked 6 new achievements within last day or so it won't update my game overall gamerscore for the game, so i tried redownloading my profile to the xbox 360 and i don't have my xbox one achievements on my gamerscore.
    i tired clearing the cashe on the 360, i did a hard reset on the xbox one and i reseted my router.

    This is really annoying main reason i play on the xbox platform is their achievement system and now its not working for me at all. This better get fixed!

    Xbox One achievement error. Code 0x87c40011

    I don't know what happened but my Xbox automatically restarted when I turned it on, and my achievements app finally worked.

    I didn't lose any achievements and the achievements that I should of received were there.
