    My achievements and game score are gone.......


    Hello everyone

    i had an offline xbox 360 profile and my game score was 35145.and i connected my xbox to xbox live and made an account so i can transfer my achievements to the xbox one.but when i singed in with the profile in the xbox one the gamescore was 0.and when i
    returned to my xbox 360 and signed in My gamescore was also 0.

    please tell me what to do to get my gamescore back??????!!!!!

    Gamerscore Reset?

    same thing but i still had my gamer score but all of my achievements are gone! can any one to help?

    recovered account on xbox one... missing all content( dlc, games, gamer points

    Just recently got an X box one and all my content is gone after recovering my account. all my dlc and game achievements as well as my gamer score is gone.

    You should have signed in on XBL with the same profile/account you were using off-line. Achievements cannot be transferred from one account to another.

    I remember that happened to me when I got my first Xbox 360 back in December 2005, created a offline profile because I had trouble connecting to Live at the time got a bit of Gamerscore (Kameo and Dead or Alive 4 was all I had) and then when I figured out
    how to connect to Live I used my Gamertag from the Original Xbox and had to start over with 0 score and new save files so yeah what Alien said above.

    how to connect to Live I used my Gamertag from the Original Xbox and had to start over with 0 score and new save files so yeah what Alien said above.

    Microsoft doesn't save any gamer score or achievements. so if they're gone then they're gone sorry about that.
