    My accounts are connected to the same email


    I have one email and 2 accounts connected to it. One of the accounts has Xbox game pass on it and the other doesn't.

    I can't manage the account that has xbox game pass. Whenever I try to manage game pass or anything it takes me to the right Microsoft account but the xbox account that I can actually manage is the one that doesn't have xbox game pass.

    Is there a way to delete the one that doesn't or to swap over which one I'm managing or even which one has game pass?

    My old Minecraft account is gone

    theres a problem with that. The account isnt connected to the same email anymore. I cant do anything because its not connected to MY EMAIL.

    I try to log in to mincraft on my ps5 and i used the same email that i have used on my ps4 and when i try sign in it says "oops! Looks like the account is already connected please sign in woth the previous connected microsoft account and i used the same email and it is still not working

    Changing Email without Email

    I'm not talking about account migration.

    The xbox account still exists. I'm looking at it now. The email itself was deleted by Cox services. And I wasn't talking about account merger, I did that after they replaced the email on Mojang account. I told them the username and email connected to the mojang account and they verified I was the owner and added a working email to the account so I could reset the password and then once I had access to the account I was able to merge it with my microsoft account.

    If they could do the same with my old xbox account (that was never connected to a microsoft account cus back in the day they werent the same thing) and then I can reset the password once they add my working email to it.
