Ok so first my name is Alex and my account Deneb Kaitos was unfairly banned by the Xbox enforcement team, so on July 15th, my account was banned because a person by the name of Baldhobo2k on Xbox (I won't say his name here but I will link my email if you need further clarification) so I was sitting downstairs on July 15th when at about 9:00 my account was banned because he went on my account and got me banned. I was very on my feet about getting banned because I was just multiplayer banned about 2 months ago and did not want to experience that again. But that person did not care. So about 2 days later I was watching a movie on my account and an alert came up saying that I was permanently suspended I filed an appeal with all of this information but I did not get my account back. so this is my last chance if you are with the Xbox enforcement team I have been a loyal customer for 11 years never touched a PlayStation controller please I have so many memories on my account and so many hours and so much money sunk into it that starting over is out of the question so if you are with the Xbox enforce team please find it in your heart to sympathize with my situation and I promise on my family that I will never get banned again if you have any questions you can contact me at *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, if you so feel like it I can also send you a confession from the person that did it thank you.

But I just want the Gamertag from that banned account, not the whole entire account. I have my current account that I have been using and want to move my current GT to the banned account, and my banned accounts GT to this one.

So I was recently banned on a different account. i have 2 accounts on my xbox 360 console my other account and this account. is it possible if i get an xbox one and login through this account and not get banned or will i get banned on the xbox one if i login
with this account since it was on the xbox banned console i have when it got banned

I got a perma ban on the account i bought it on (ban came from my brother who i no longer share an account with) but i thought the game licence stays on the xbox. Also the account that has the perma ban is still on my xbox. When i got the perma ban and
made this account i got a console ban for using a new account before the console ban i had it and when my console ban was lifted i cant find most games i want to download :/

No my account was hacked and it was registered to my console and when my account was stolen my console was registered to that account and that why i was banned and my console was only temp banned

no their accounts are not account banned.

As you say they arealso banned on the forums if their account is banned. For them to post on any forum including "my xbox account was suspended", they need to create a new account, and refer to the banned gamertag in their post.

so in this case, their gamertags are not banned, because they can use their gamertags here.
