    My account was temporarily suspended and i dont know why


    I got xbox live for my son who plays call of duty online. One day it worked just fine then the nxt day it wouldnt let us sign in anymore. And said our xbox live was disconnected. We still had half a month left on our live card. Then looking through my account
    activity it said on April 17 my account was temporarily suspended. What exactly does all this mean??

    Hi! so, about 2 months ago, my account was "temporarily" suspended. every time i try log in that message appears:

    Your account has been temporarily suspended.

    Someone may have used your *MY EMAIL* account to send too much junk or did something that violates the Microsoft Services Agreement. What do you need to do? Contact Customer Service. We'll ask you a few questions and help make sure your account is safe.

    And i dont know why it was suspended because when it happened i was offline. i'm not able to play on my account due to this problem. can someone help me?

    My xbox account is suspended untill 5/4/2012 witch is today i cant check my aim account i dont remember my password i made one for yahoo but cant change it i tried to switch emails. My account was supposed to be off suspention but its not. Xbox sent a email to me old email at aim.com but i dont use that email i use yahoo i still dont know the reason for being suspended

    Any idea's?

    I have several years with my own but I'm just going to play a year with the live and yesterday for no reason I was suspended, check my email and saw that it was suspended temporarily gives me reason why I temporarily suspended, and review and only I indicates
    the date that I was suspended and the date on which it will restore me but gives me no reason why this suspension. I would like to know why and I did for that suspended me? and if I can remove the suspension at this time?
