My account was taken from me and I cannot access my account

go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

click the Contact Us button

select Family and Online Safety as the category

select I Want to Protect My Account as the topic

skip the notification

scroll to the bottom of the options and select Chat Online or Request a Call.

for security reasons it is recommended to create a new outlook/live email account for contacting support about compromised accounts.

once you get through to Support you can explain the situation and give them the details for your main account that has been compromised

I will try this first thing tomorrow, and this will most likely work, I’ll let you know if I get my account back

I tried changing my account info but it took me to a page that said something about 30 days and the info will be set. I no longer have access to the account besides me being in the Xbox app. I'd like to add I have the person's IP address and I know his
main email and the email he switched my email with his.

Hello, Im so sorry this happened to you and I hate when it happens. When a person gets control of your account its nothing you can really do once they change your email or password. When you call and speak with an XBOX rep they will send a reset password
to the account on file which will be the stolen parties email address now. Have you tried going to xbox.com or microsoft.com to sign in that way and see if it lets you. If you can I would change all my info ASAP! If you ever had any accounts associated with
XBOX like banking I would inform them now. You wont be able to remove cards from account since you have no access. Sad to say you might have to cancel those cards if you are unable to get into the account.

Unfortunately, I can't talk to an Xbox Agent due to the quarantine and such :/ And when I put the issues I have it won't show an option to talk to an agent, it just shows threads with solutions that I cannot use
