    Im suspended for harassment, bullying greifing ect this morning at 8 am when i was sleeping for no reason nor is enforcement giving me a reason and did not even Email me that i was suspended. Can someone plz explain to me what is going on? I didnt msg anyone anything or did anything ingame that would count as greifing or bullying.

    Enforcement actions are not taken when you notice you're banned.
    Usually the ban happens to something that you did couple days ago o in the last month

    In this case you may need refer to enforcement page and submit a case review if elegible

    Just as a reminder Microsoft customer support or here in the forums is not possible to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions.

    Due to they can’t discuss your account and don’t have access to enforcement details.

    My cousin got me suspened and I want to get unsuspected and I already put a case review in 3 days ago

    I just want to get un suspened
    In addition to what Smwutches said, be aware that you are responsible for everything that happens on your account so saying "my cousin did it, not me" (even if its true which i dont doubt) wont get you unsuspended.

    hi i got suspened on my other account Auaaie Michael now ive been getting help from microsoft support they said i should be fine went in did some trouble shooting then got a message saying my account was banned but its only suspened and should of been lifted
    today the 8/4 the person then went and spoke to someone and came back told me to post here and you will help me it is showing suspended

    Hi Andy,

    I have the same issue, my console says it's a permanent suspension but my enforcement page says it was just for 3 days of communication suspension. Now 5 days after that my enforcement says I have a "perfect history" but I'm still banned. What did you do or how did you get your account back?
