    I don't quite understand your question. But since you're only suspended for 14 days it's just meant to be a form of punishment for violated the code of conduct. Nothing happens to anything on your account. If you are ever issued a permanent ban, you lose
    your account and everything on the account.

    The questionnaire is just to test your knowledge of the code of conduct. If you fail, then it's just to get you to review the code of conduct so you know what is and isn't allowed on Live so you can hopefully not be suspended or banned in the future. Once
    you complete the questionnaire you can submit your review to the enforcement team and they will review your suspensions again to see if they made a mistake.

    There is no automated banning system,everything is done by a person.

    It's possible you have a console privilege suspension to prevent you using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account which is against the code of conduct.

    Any account on that console will have the same punishment as the suspended account but will work on other devices.

    If you are having trouble filing for a case review try a different web browser.

    Well for this is the notification I got when I sign into my main account, if it's supposed to be permanently suspended shouldn't it say "this account is permanently suspended" instead of "this account is suspended"?
