my account was suspended

my account was suspended for 14 days I ran into a hacker of operations 2 that blocked me the multiplayer mode and modified the score of the game and reported it with xbox live. The person who answered me said it would not affect me in the long term I do
not want to lose my account since I always buy all my games legally and I have two years of time and money invested in this account that I do not want to lose, could you help me

My xbox account is suspended untill 5/4/2012 witch is today i cant check my aim account i dont remember my password i made one for yahoo but cant change it i tried to switch emails. My account was supposed to be off suspention but its not. Xbox sent a email to me old email at aim.com but i dont use that email i use yahoo i still dont know the reason for being suspended

Any idea's?

Try clearing your browser's cookies/cache or try another browser.

You would only lose your account if you were permanently banned. You wouldn't lose anything over a temporary suspension.

 

the suspension is temporary but I am concerned about the fact that I had already reported it and nothing ever happened now I do not want to lose my account it is a lot of time and effort and money in my shopping history

 

I just want the suspension to be removed so I can play. I never use cheating in the games with whom I must speak to solve this problem, indicate the most just solution.

 

The only way to possible have it removed is by submitting a case review at the enforcement site.

enforcement.xbox.com is the only way to submit a case review. Phone/chat support do not handle enforcement issues. I'm not sure why it's not loading for you, but the page is working.

 

If you have the possibility of sending the case to the second reviction, you can do it since it took two days to try to enter the page and it does not work

 

I don't have a way of sending anything to anyone.

 

then what will happen to my account after the suspension will be abanear then I could copy the link of the page since it will not let me enter I will continue to enter aver what happens

 

Once the suspension is up, you'll be able to sign in and use your account like you previously could.
