my account was suspended after someone was harassing and grieving me and its totally unfair

i was playing online and was getting harassed by another player i tried changing sessions but he kept following me and grieving me, after quiet sometime i messaged the player telling him to leave me alone and in the heat of the moment i said he was ****
and needed to get a life, then i get a notification saying my account has been banned from communications, this is completely made as before this i reported the player for harassment, why is it i get banned for trying to defend myself but the other player
gets away scot free after completely ruining my experience on my xbox today

It says its not eligible for review and I'm not sure why? I haven't done anything. I feel like someone is just harassing me by falsely reporting me to have my privileges suspended?

if you retailiated in anyway that breaks the terms of use you will be punished you shouldve used the tools given to you

If you read the enforcement msg you would know enforcement.xbox.com is your only option
