My account was stolen and I want to cancel my realms subscription

First thing to do is to check if the subscription is active by going to: https://account.microsoft.com > Services and subscription.

If you see the subscription there, please manage it and then cancel.

If incase you don't see the subscription, it only means that it isn't the Microsoft account where the realms subscription was purchased.

Kindly make sure to sign in the correct account where the subscription was purchased to be able to cancel it smoothly.

I redeemed this perk this morning and it doesn't work at all. If I try to go to realms in-game, using java edition as instructed, it just brings up a screen with a link to try a free trial, or a link to buy a realm. When I go to my microsoft account to look at my subscriptions it lists me having a minecraft realm for the next three months.

I'm about ready to cancel my subscription right now. Don't want to be charged when it rolls around for nothing. If it says I have a realm then why don't I have a realm in the game?

Sign in to your account on Minecraft.net
Select My Realms from the left navigation bar to access your subscriptions.
Select the Pause, Manage, or Cancel button next to your Realm.

If this is for a Bedrock Edition Realm, follow these steps: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/articles/24124939590413

Open Minecraft on the device you bought your Realm subscription.
On the title screen, click Settings.
On the left, scroll down and select Subscriptions.
Click Manage under the Realm subscription you want to cancel.
This will open the store management page for that subscription.
When in the store, check your active subscriptions and cancel any future payments.

I cancelled my realms subscription like 4 months ago and out of nowhere I was billed for another subscription. I went to refund but it says I can only cancel the subscription pls help me I do not want to pay for another month

Please make sure that you're signed into the correct Microsoft account that was used to activate the free trial because if you are logged into a different account, the subscription won't appear.

Once you already have the correct account where the trial for the Realms subscription was activated, go to the Microsoft Account Subscriptions Page: https://account.microsoft.com>; Services & subscriptions and look for your Minecraft Realms subscription.

If the subscription appears, click Manage next to it and select Turn Off Recurring Billing.
