We have the same issue :l , my microsoft account also got suspended. I dont know I have to use the enforcement link if it is only for xboxlive account.

Unfortunately, I don't have any further advice to offer, I don't believe it will be possible to solve this.

There are many knowledgeable users active on the forum and I hope that someone else can offer further insight on your issue.
