Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community. If your Microsoft account has been permanently banned, you will not be able to use it to log in to Epic Games or any other platform. You will need to create a new account to access your games and progress. However, please note that account bans are typically issued for violating the terms of service, and creating a new account to circumvent a ban is also a violation and could result in further consequences.

I believe my account was permanently banned. When I go to enforcement on the desktop site it says 2 weeks. But when I try to login to my account on my console it gives me the permanently banned message and won't even let me sign in offline. So I'm thinking my two week ban was a trigger for the permanent ban as it was a repeated offense. My question now is can I reverse a permanent ban or no? Do I lose all of my games?

No I never got an email notification and no I wasn’t able to login, from the start it said I was permanently banned and when I would login it wouldn’t say anything until the other day it finally let me login it said it was only a coms ban so idk what’s going on. I saw that they were having problems and every ban they gave out was a permanent ban.

Hey Ricardo so this is what I see when I login to Xbox enforcement. When u try to login to my account it still says it’s permanently banned but It’s still not showing the permanent ban on their end? I’m still confused
