    My account was permanently banned for impersonating staff


    I haven’t played xbox since Early january and i got permently banned for impersonating staff. Im really fustrated right now because i had alot of purchesses and progress i don’t want to lose. Also i never impersonated staff before so i don’t know where
    the ban came from. Can anyone help me? And what can i do to get my account back.

    Indeed so and it's very unusual a ban would be issued for such a serious reason without extremely strong evidence

    Unfortunately nobody on the forums or in support has jurisdiction over Enforcement issues. If it's a permanent ban, there's nothing you can do.

    Unless you were on the Microsoft Xbox staff, the account will probably be banned (suspended permanently) for unlocking "Xbox 360 Team" achievements. That is considered impersonating Xbox staff, which violates the Code of Conduct.
