My account was hacked the other day. I received a 365 day ban a couple days after the fact...

So I’m gonna try to keep this as short and sweet as possible, but I doubt it’ll be either. The other day I was playing Stalker 2, and got booted off the game with the notification saying someone was playing elsewhere. At first, I thought it was just a bug since the game tends to be a little buggy. Booted the game back up in a couple minutes later I had the same notification. I immediately took the necessary steps to change my password, enabled 2FA, and contacted support. Apparently he had sent some sort of message that initially caught an eight day com ban. I appealed that and explained the situation. A day or two after, not only was my claim denied, they doubled down. I had received a 366 day suspension, citing no details on the enforcements page. I’ve tried countless times to contact support, filed an appeal on the year ban, which was denied as well, and have pretty much exhausted all options at this point. I’ve been a Xbox customer, fan, and avid supporter for a decade and a half, if not longer. Worst part is, you get one chance to appeal, and clearly whoever was working, mine had absolutely no idea what they were doing. It shouldn’t be that hard for them to tell that the IP address, the same IP I am always on, is not the same IP address from which that message and whatever else they may have done originated. It’s literally impossible. Yet when my case was “reviewed”, they determined that I was not only responsible, but would be punished so severely for something I not only had zero control over, should be easy to prove as such, but also so harshly AND without any further detail or explanation? This is absolutely outrageous, and I can’t stand for it. I just want to be able to continue enjoying online gaming with my friends, as it’s pretty much all I have/look forward to at this point in my life. The one thing I do with my spare time to keep my sanity and some semblance of a social life is now gone because of something I had absolutely no control over? It’s insanity. There HAS to be something I can do, someone I can speak to about all of this. I’m just hoping this post will eventually get around to someone who actually works in the enforcement department, or manager/executive that would be willing to look into and rectify this absolutely preposterous mess.
