My Account was hacked/stolen and fraud charges were made.

It did not restrict the change for 30 days that I know for an absolute fact. I caught this the day it happened and was already locked out of my account. The very next day it said my account no longer existed. So I'm sorry to you but your information is wrong. You can choose to believe me or not but I know what I have in my emails. I constantly overlook my email but at work I cant be on top of everything as fast. I soon as I noticed which again was still the same day I tried to get my account back. This is what I am talking about. If the 30 day thing was actually in effect I bet I would have my account back just fine. I have proof if you would like me to show you I still have my email account that was attached to my Microsoft account. I did try to contest it as well but like I said my main email was removed immediately and had the new email of ******@gmail.com to recover my account. Its really sad that one of the biggest tech companies in the world own "30 day restriction" doesn't even work but AOL an old and rarely used anymore emails protections worked better.

As I stated before, the only people who can reset your password can be accessed through the account recovery form which you have said you have completed. You can keep filling this form out, and include new information it is asking for, but you are refusing to do this.

There is only so much this community can do to help with password resets, and account information.

No this doesn't help I have done the recovery three separate times already and have been denied.

We don't influence the decision process for that team. If you have more information that will prove that you are the owner, please use the form to submit that information. Sadly, there isn't much more we can do at this front.

The fact that Microsoft allows that quick of a change of the main email on account is just stupid and shows how poorly protections are.

When someone updates their security information on their Microsoft Account, a notification is sent out to aliases and email accounts attached to the account, telling you that your information has been changed.

You should have had a link on that, to contest these changes, and change your password. In addition, your account would have been restricted for 30 days while this information is being changed.

If you didn't contest this change during this time, the information would be change and the restriction would be removed. This is because the system believes these changes were made by you, as you didn't contest it.

Unfortunately, the team must use the form, and they won't know if you are the owner without the evidence. If you are getting the error "This account, no longer exists" means they have removed the email they use to sign into your account.

If they have access to your account, then they would have access to your payment info. I would contact your bank and ask them to cancel your card and get a new one. Please also see the advice posted to ednperkins in my previous reply.

Please use the Microsoft account recovery form to send a request to Microsoft to reset your account password. You will need to ensure you provide as much detail as possible when filling out the form. Even if you think it is a minor detail, this can still help.

No this doesn't help I have done the recovery three separate times already and have been denied. It now also says when I try to use the email I had that the account does not exist. I've put everything thing I have into it even prior passwords. Are literally telling me that if that doesn't work I am screwed out of my thousands of dollars of purchases on that account.
