My Account was hacked Please help i want my games back!

So this happend a couple months ago and i tried using the support of microsoft and that didn't work i never got to speak to a real person all it made me do was reset my password but that never got my purchases back. i bought minecraft and other games because it is connected to my xbox account i really need some help on this i have the email verifacation where i bought minecraft so if some one could hellp please it was like my original account was never existed but then the support told me to make a new account with same email but that did nothing.

Unfortunetally, making a new account that has a similar name won't do anything as the purchase was attached to the Microsoft account. All the hacker would have done is changed the username used to sign into your account with to a new username.

Sorry for the issue with your account. Unfortunately, we on the forums are unable to give accounts. Have you tried to do the

Account recovery option? Also here is a link for
account compromised solution. Also in past have you talked to a support agent? Usually only way to recover an account is through the account recovery form. There are a few circumstances though which a support agent can help you. You can fill outthe account
recovery form as many times as needed.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these
steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

And i did a account recovery and i fill out the right anserws and still wrong wat is wrong with mircosoft i want my account back now mircosoft i want account i want the email change i know the email address for my account and i dont know the password.
