I'm really sorry about this, but if the hacker changed your account security information (phone number, alternative email address) then the recovery form is the only available option to recover your account. If it is not working, I would suggest you to try to review the information you submitted and see if everything is correct. If the account recovery is still denied, I'm really sorry but nothing else can be done.

And as you could see, no Microsoft employee can help users recovering their accounts. They only instruct you on how to fill the recovery form. They are not allowed and have no access to change anything on a user account. I hope you understand.

Hi,still no joy. I am repeatedly being asked to reset my account. I’m giving all the information I know,all the details are 100% correct,yet ‘the automated system says it isnt enough to validate things’. I find this disgraceful!
