My account was hacked now I get it back banned

Given that your account was banned, it would be necessary to request a case review. If your account was permanently banned, and not just temporarily, it wouldn't be possible to unban it, sadly.

My activision account was hacked last night. I’ve now been permanently banned for life on cod. I appealed it and they still said no. I’ve put up with hackers for years so it’s feck annoying I’ve been banned due to a hacker.

I play on Xbox but the hacker used PC and hacked my account via battle net.

Does this mean I will need to create a new Xbox gamer account and an activision ID to get back on? My current gamer tag is linked to the banned account 😒

Yes i no that but i my account was hacked and it got banned from the people who hacked it so its not realy my fault,, So i should realy get my DLC back .

They should be able to remove them. Hell if people can hack accounts and get banned for unlocking achievements through the use of hacks. What makes removing them any harder? Then again I also thought I'd have my account back and after waiting almost 5 months.
There seems to be no end in sight on getting my account back.
