    My account was hacked no live agent answer to help me retrive it


    my account i had for 5years was hacked, my email was changed, my password was changed, i gave card information and tranzactions and YOU HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY THAT IT ISNT ENOUGH, i gave the last code activated, my linked steam account with forza horizon, i cant access anything and no one helped me with retrieving the account, the contact us button only gives me a stupid bot, there is no email, i got no email when my account was hacked, i had 2fa and no one fkin cared

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox. It sounds like you may need to contact a live agent. Im not sure why the cat agent specified that they could not help, normally support agents are the way to get these types of issues resolved.
