In order for your account to receive a ban of any kind you would need to be signed out. That doesn't mean that your account was hacked, it simply means that enforcement action was being set on your account, which required for your account to be signed out.

I'm sure they are sorry for scaring you, but your account definitely hasn't been hacked.

Xbox live is full of idiots Heroickzz. Instead of being offended by them, laugh at them. Make a joke out of the situation. I cannot take sides, because I am not sure if you're being bullied at random, or if you did something to upset someone, but regardless,
it's best to make a joke out of it.

Achievements cannot be removed or reset

If you were going to be banned it would have probably happen by now, There is no statute of limitations however, so there are no guarantees. Hacking achievements can absolutely lead to console and account bans, as it is very specifically a violation of TOS.
