My account was hacked by an Urimex domain

My account was hacked sometime last week. Someone with a @uniromex domain email broke in and changed the secondary email, and the password. I filled the Account Recovery form, and eventually, I could change the password, but the recovery email would take about a month to take effect. In the meantime, the hacker still had access to the account using his email address, so he changed the password again. This is really annoying, literally every time I try to log in, I have to go through the account recovery form and create a new password, which he continues to change. I really don't want to close my account, because I bought a lot of video games through it, and I would lose them. I tried to contact Support, but that was as good as doing nothing. Please, someone, help me get rid of this.

You need to create another account. Once you make the account, you should use the new account to login and select “forgot password.”

Choosing the “forgot password” option will send you a link to fill out some questions and information so Microsoft can verify that is your account, then you need to wait for Microsoft to contact you for more assistance and the recover your account!

What was showing here was the account with the domain that ends with rambler.ru, you should be using your own original email that you stated that was hacked.

Well I'm currently signed in on an account with outlook.com domain, but before I migrated I used to use a yandex.com domain email for Mojang account. Still, neither of my outlook.com domain accounts have Minecraft: Java edition.

Sorry to hear about what happened. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. Just to set your expectation, due to our account safety and security, only us the account owners have the ability to recover our accounts and verify their ownership. Even a Microsoft Support cannot recover our accounts on our behalf because they're protected by the security information we have setup on our accounts which we only have access to.

Since your email address was replaced already, you cannot use your own email address to recover your account. You must know the current email address of your account which must be the hacker’s email address to start the account recovery process. Without it, you cannot start the recovery process because it's the primary key of the account already.

I suggest that you check your mailboxes (inbox, spam/junk folders) to find traces of the new email address that's currently linked to your original account. If the account was added to an Xbox console, it would be best to check it from there too.

If you knew the current email, you may try to reset the account password through https://account.live.com/pw
***Make sure to sign out any account signed in to https://account.microsoft.com website before starting an account recovery.

If it didn't work, try to fill out the account recovery form on https://account.live.com/acsr
***Use the hacker's email as the account you're trying to get back into.
