My account was hacked by a russian mail

I accidently make a new account with the same email and now i have 2 microsoft account with the same mail (one has been hacked, one new). I have try the recovery form but apparently it reset the reset the new account not the old one.

I am very sorry you are going through this situation, unfortunately Microsoft has very strict policies regarding account recovery, only we as owners can recover accounts using the tools offered by Microsoft and providing exactly the same information we used to set it up, technical support cannot help you beyond offering you the same tools.

Try to include new and relevant information that will help verify that you are the owner of the account.

If the system generates a new account for you with the same email address, it is possible that the hacker has changed the primary alias of the account, i.e. the primary email associated with the account, so that email domain was freed up for another Microsoft account.

If you know the new email address, fill out the recovery form with that email address, unfortunately the services associated with your account do not help in the recovery, only the information in the form can help in the recovery.

I have found the email that it was changed to and i also have my riot account connect to the xbox live. So is there any way for me to get it back since i have a minecraft account connected to it?
