    My account was hacked around october last year.


    My account got hacked around October last year. They had changed the back-up email to a spam email then deleted my email. My email was recovered but everything connected to it was moved to their spam email (my xbox account included). My old xbox account was Lucerzs. I have spent quite a lot of money on the account and would appreciate help in getting it back. Thank you.

    That game had an update around October of last year I think that broke the game essentially. I know there have been some fixes, but I think it was removed from the marketplace due to that.

    Also last year I did an account recovery case (october 2022) , and a few days later found out the enforcement team are reviewing it. The problem is that they are reviewing it for a year now which does make sense for my opinnion
