My account too got hacked and they permanently suspended the account. Now when I ask Microsoft to transfer my purchases (for which I have the invoices) they are not ready to do it. Any success in getting the purchases back, please advise.

Need assistance on deleting XBox from my Microsoft Account. I was hacked in the past and charged for use and purchases related to XBox.

The Microsoft account IS the Xbox account. They are one in the same so there is no way to delete the Xbox account without also permanently deleting your Microsoft account.

Well if tou want the account name back since its banned youll have to wait five years before it will go back into the rotation of names if youre talking about the whole account with all your progress thats something youll have to try and talk to microsoft
officals about.

Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Site and look for more information about what's happened and why.
