My account was hacked and the recovery form doesn't help

my account was hacked I tried recovering it so many times and still nothing I cant get it back

I know billing information but i dont know much about the personal information since this account was created by a friend of mine bought me the game as a gift and he forgot the information about the account.

Hey, im in this situation too!

You need to call a real xbox agent and then say: I want to recover my account, i can verify, by telling you the ip adress and the device id from the xbox i created on or last used console!

Im doing this right now and they are still working with that.

If its a success, they will put all your data from the hacked account to a new account, games, apps and game data included!

This is how you call to the agent: Search: Xbox support contact us. then click on Contact us. after that, then click on "ask a question" under the sentence "try our virtual agent" Then message this: "I want to speak with a real agent" Then click "Payments and purchases" after you have clicked on "select your issue" then click on send. Write your phonenumber and then they will call you. If they say that it has been cancelled, Wait for a few seconds and then click 1

You either, is calling them late or they have closed or that you are in a region thats not available.

Thats exactly what i was trying to make her to do.

I did this and xbox is still investigating, Because my account got hacked too!

Hello Game, in this case you should contact Xbox Customer Service and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

However, ATO is a similar procedure to the online form, but done by a Microsoft agent, it will need as much information as possible for you to do the procedure.
