My account was hacked and support is doing nothing about it.

My account was hacked on April 24th 2025 at around 12:30 pm. They removed my phone number, changed my password AND email. This hacker has everything except my social security number. I did the account recovery form got the SIR # and then went into a support chat and set up a new Microsoft account for everything to be transferred to. I also provided MORE than enough evidence to prove that the account is mine. Photos of my account on my Xbox dashboard, my console ID and all other console info, I provided screenshots of purchase confirmations with IDs made from the account. I provided my home address, the card on file that was used to make purchases and so much more. And they keep telling me to wait and increasing the wait time. It has been 8 days. I want my account back. This is unacceptable that a company this big is this slow at protecting the privacy of its users/customers.

Adam, any updates will be received exclusively by the email address you provided, only the accounts department knows and works on your case, the rest of the customer service including this forum does not have access to this type of case nor can it act in any way.

You must respond to the email you receive, I just remind you that this is not the way to communicate with said department.

Sorry, that is an issue only concerning the Accounts Department with which you are already in contact and an open case.

What happens if they don't do anything? I haven't gotten any updates from them
