my account was hacked and primary email was changed cant recover it

I am currently using a new microsoft account but with the same email as my hacked account, I want to know if that will interfere with the process of recovering my hacked account as the email was the same. In most of the tools you have mentioned they are asking for the email you wish to recover but that is the same email I am using now so I am in a bit of confusion.

The hacker took my old account and changed the primary email of that so I have no idea of the email the hacker is currently using on my microsoft account.

So, purchases and data from an account that will be terminated by my university will be lost?

Technically, you could add a secondary email to your MS account for sign in purposes...however, no clue what would happen if the primary email was no longer valid

Unfortunately, MS don't allow you to change the primary email due to the risk of fraud, hacking and whatnot...if they allowed it, then a hacked account could then have it's address changed

the hacked manage to delete the email i use for that microsoft account and changed his/her email as primary email,
and also hacker manage to remove my phone number from the account also.

so how can i prove its my account when hacker manage to delete my email use for the microsoft account and change all the my profile info??

I can sign in on the website...... why cant i recover my account i had a bio ban awhile ago never changed it from code of conduct but my account got hacked and when i try to recover that happened

I know my passcode the issue is that i cant recover it dueo to my email being changed . Cant i not transfer my account to a this one?
