My account was hacked and possibly deleted - is it gone forever?

Hello - I just made this new account to enter a support ticket. I had a main microsoft account that was, earlier today, hacked. I recieved an email that my own personal email had been removed from the account, and then another showing a different email being added. My password no longer works, and when i attempt to submit a recovery form (using either my original email or the "scam" email that it was apparently changed to), I'm informed the account does not exist. I have put thousands of hours, as well as money, on my Minecraft account linked to Microsoft, and have now lost access. Is my account deleted forever, or can it be recovered? I obviously know the email that had been originally associated with my account, the password it had, and the name (and name history) of the minecraft account that it was linked to, if any of that information could prove my ownership and restore the account to me.

I made a new Microsoft account with the same email as the hacked Microsoft Account since it was deleted. Does that mean that Minecraft account is dead forever?
