My account was hacked and no recovery method works

Hi, another account of mine has been hacked and no recovery method works.

The reason being that when I try to log in or enter the email adress for recovery, I get a message telling me that the account doesn't exist / has been deleted.

However, I am still logged in with this account in both the microsoft store and the minecraft launcher, but then it asks me to verify my email at a weird @mcmfa.email.

I also can't seem to find any way to contact support without landing on a Q&A page which doesn't help me.

I have no idea of what to do in that situation, please help

In this case you should contact Xbox Customer Service and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

However, ATO is a similar procedure to the online form, but done by a Microsoft agent, it will need as much information as possible for you to do the procedure.

Here in the community we are independent consultants, so we do not have access to the same information and tools that support has.

Each account recovery case is unique, and if you request the ATO, you must wait for a response from Microsoft's investigation department.

Yes, it says that the account doesn't exist. However I am certain it is correct and I am connected to the microsoft store with it in the very moment

It is my actual Microsoft account that got hacked.
And I also tried to do a recovery but it didn't work.

The problem is that since the new account uses the same email address as the old account. The recovery methods do not work. I also need to say that I have played with that account in 2024, so the account was not deleted for inactivity. And if it was hacked, I have no clue why the old account shows up in my Minecraft launcher in the top left. I also cannot search for my old account in Xbox's official site.

If I have no other option then I'll try to delete my new account, but only if I can't get any information here and if my other 2 options don't work.
