This article doesn't help due to the fact that when they hacked my account they changed the email address as well so I am completely unable to access that account.

Technically, you could add a secondary email to your MS account for sign in purposes...however, no clue what would happen if the primary email was no longer valid

Unfortunately, MS don't allow you to change the primary email due to the risk of fraud, hacking and whatnot...if they allowed it, then a hacked account could then have it's address changed

No news from security department yet, so I changed my email address via Live.com. Oops. The console still has the old email address and no longer recognizes the password. I still have access to my games and such... but for how long? Can't change the WLID
