My account was hacked and just because they changed security info its gone forever?

if then thanks microsoft because I got robbed, microsoft approved I got robbed but dont return the account and they talk about the policy and stupid stuff and that they cant give me the email address of the person that hacked me then at least give me minecraft account worth money and you know the gamertag.. very dumb to say because there was a security information change you cant transfer an accoun like now anyone as they hack a person they will immediately change security information which immediately makes account recovery impossible.. disappointed forever in microsoft especially that a member told me that transferring an account is possible so bascially the customer support are liars.

I'd suggest adding additional security information to your account if you believe you've been hacked and someone is attempting to use an alternative email address.

My Microsoft account got hacked. The hacker was baiting me to get him verification codes of changing the security info of my account, then got raid of my account.

He deleted the original email of my account which is "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" then somehow changed the account email to another one named
"*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" (These info is shown in first image, check attachments).
After doing so, he got raid of all my security stuff like verify phone number and email.He was clearly hacking my account. He literally deleted my original email of this account "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***", if he is not hacking this account, he has no need to do it...

I really need help!

You didnt actually give him the verification codes did you? If so this would've been what allowed everything else that happened afterwards to occur.

This happened in my household too, via my son's Minecraft account which was attached to my Microsoft account. The account was hacked, info changed and ultimately rather than helping me regain access, Microsoft just said they permanently closed (aka deleted) the account, nothing recoverable. The emails from support are just a jumble and make no sense. They say they can't proceed with account recovery "because security information was changed" - yes, by the hacker! - and then "We are unable to make changes to the account's security information because security protocols have been put in place and the Microsoft Services Agreement was accepted when the account was created."

Anyway, of course the account info is still there somewhere. Anyway, all I want at this point is to regain my skype account and transfer it to a new MS account. I had many contacts and chat history there, plus skype credit. MS chat support seems down most of the time, really hating MS at this point. I would be happy to prove it's my account, why is this so hard.

Then everything’s just gone because of a hacker that’s some good service you can get banned forever because of 1 person I’ve had that account for years and spent money and have all my game progress and it’s just gone for something I didn’t even do cant they see who was like on my account or like something it can’t just be that so I’m the one getting banned for absolutely nothing or wrongly accused but you guys don’t care that [mod removed] and [mod removed] hacked on my acco And banned me and they don’t get in trouble?
